If you need help with a download, payment, or access issue, email bradmatera@gmail.com with your order ID. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Include your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a description of the problem so support can locate your purchase quickly.
What is the refund policy for digital downloads?
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed. If a file is broken or missing, contact support within 7 days of purchase and we will fix the issue or issue a full refund. Affiliate products are sold by third-party merchants and follow their respective refund policies.

Refunds
- Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed.
- If a file is broken or missing, contact support within 7 days and we will fix the issue or issue a refund.
Common Issues
- Missing download link: Return to your success link from Stripe or refresh the
/successpage with the samesession_id. - Need to view purchases: Go to
/purchases(customer portal) and sign in. - Payment not verified: Stripe may still be processing. Wait a minute and refresh.
- Need a new link: Support can rotate files and issue a new link if needed.
